The farm is located in the demarcated Douro region, in the Douro Superior sub-region, 8 km from Vila Flor and 8 km from the expressway (IC5) that connects Spain (30 minutes) and Porto (90 minutes) .

It is located on the slopes of Vilariça, over the Ribeira Grande dam, with beautiful landscapes, 5 km from the Douro river.

In an alliance of tradition and modernity, the Quinta has enormous capacity for the production of table wine, Port wine and olive oil, making it an investment with great potential and yield, as large investments were made in new plantations of vineyards and olive groves, as well as in the construction of a new wine cellar and olive oil press.

Characteristics:

- 25 ha of olive groves, with the cordovil, verdeal and cobrançosa varieties;

- 10 ha of vineyard, with the varieties Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz and Tinta Barroca. Vineyard with benefit and production of VPQRD Wine;

- Modern wine cellar, built in 2012, with around 900sqm;
